Miley Cyrus has cancelled more tour dates after falling ill again.
The singer has postponed some of her European Bangerz shows after suffering a health setback. The We Can’t Stop singer is battling yet another allergic reaction to antibiotics that had left her hospitalised earlier this month.
“Miley is very bummed about it,” a source told E! News.
Miley previously postponed the remainder of her US tour and has now reportedly rescheduled a concert in Amsterdam on Friday. The singer hasn’t confirmed the news herself, although she did leave a message full of Sad Kitty emoticons on Twitter for her fans on Tuesday.
Earlier this month Miley’s reps confirmed that the entertainer cancelled performances in Kansas City, St. Louis, Philadelphia, the Foxwoods casino in Connecticut and Long Island, New York.
Miley described her previous hospital stay as a “scary” experience. She was prescribed medication for the flu while on tour which resulted in a severe allergic reaction.
“It was so scary,” she told Ryan Seacrest in a radio interview. “I had basically been poisoning myself with something I didn’t know I was really scary allergic to.”
Despite her illness, Miley managed to joke with her fans by sharing a photo of her with a duck-face oxygen mask from her hospital bed.
“This hospitals full of a bunch of QUACKS ? (get it??? Quacks) #punnyeveninthehospy #stayinglightlovingandpositive #imissbangerztour #tryingtonotbebitter' (sic)” she wrote.
Her upcoming European tour dates include Antwerp, Belgium and the UK with stops in London, Leeds, Glasgow and Manchester.
