Niall Horan and his rumoured girlfriend Melissa Whitelaw are reportedly “really serious”.
The 21-year-old One Direction singer attended a Trekstock party this week with Melissa, an Australian student, as his date.
It’s claimed the couple have been dating since February and things are getting heated between them, as Niall has allegedly even taken her to meet all his friends and family in Ireland.
“She attended the Great Gatsby-themed charity ball – arranged by Liam’s girlfriend Sophia [Smith] – with Niall, as his plus-one, though they tried to be discreet,” a source told UK newspaper The Mirror. “She also went along to Mahiki with him, where they seemed to be really serious about one another by the way he was introducing her to people.”
Niall is currently performing concerts with One Direction as part of their On the Road Again Tour.
Even though the group is busy travelling the world, Niall has still managed to introduce Melissa to his bandmates Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne.
And apparently she has made a great impression on her boyfriend’s nearest and dearest.
“Melissa met the rest of the band on tour, when she first grew close to Niall, but after flying over to spend time with him they now see her as his girlfriend,” the source said. “She was a real hit with all his friends.”
Niall has been romantically linked to a number of beauties in the past, including Victoria’s Secret model Barbara Palvin and fellow singer Ellie Goulding.
