Paris Hilton went straight into the recording studio following a Golden Globe Awards after-party last night.
The socialite used Twitter to let fans know she was working on music with her rumoured boyfriend DJ Afrojack.
The blonde heiress proved that even after years in the showbiz industry she still hasn’t lost her partying mojo or work ethic as she had been celebrating the prestigious awards just hours earlier.
“Straight from the Golden Globe After Parties 2 the recording studio. Making hits w/ @DJAfrojack @Shermanology @AntonyPreston @VoiceOfSparrow (sic),” she wrote on her Twitter profile.
The hotel heiress is rumoured to be dating producer Afrojack, although so far the pair have maintained they are just good friends. They spent December 31 together in Miami, where Afrojack was playing at Wet at the W South Beach hotel.
Paris has been open about the fact that she wants to give her fledgling music career another shot. Her efforts on debut album Paris received mixed reviews and her first single Stars Are Blind peaked at number 18 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Having previously stated her next record would be a dance music offering, the 30-year-old gave men’s magazine FHM an update this month.
"I've been working on the album with lots of other top DJs for a while now and I think people will be really surprised,” she said. “It's very modern and very catchy; perfect party music."
But despite her focus on her music career, the professional party girl still found time to enjoy the glitzy Golden Globes after-parties. Tweeting throughout the night, she wrote on the social network that she was having fun with family and friends.
“Celebrating the Golden Globes with my sexy girls @NickyHilton & @FarrahBritt. Love my beautiful family,” she wrote, “At The Weinstein Party celebrating the Golden Globes with my sexy publicist's @DawnRMiller & @Alyssa_Furnari (sic).”
