Following on from their sold out UK tour, Peace will release album highlight and summer anthem ‘Lovesick’ as a single on 23rd June via Columbia.
Taken from the critically acclaimed debut album In Love, ‘Lovesick’ is a teenage paean to falling in love, about throwing caution to the wind and diving headfirst in to your first crush.
“'Lovesick' is a really uncool song. Saying that, sometimes it's not about anything except what you FEEL. And when you reach that place, things happen that are beautiful. Beautiful because they're really really real.” - Harrison Koisser (Peace)
The video, which premieres today, was again directed by Jesse Jenkins, and is a sequel to the previous video for ‘Wraith’.
“It's hard to say anything about the video. Maybe because I just woke up? Maybe because it's such a straight forward classic video? I feel a bit like James Brown in that weird interview where he just sings his own songs & says 'I look good, I smell good & I make love good'. I definitely don't look or smell good though.” - Harrison Koisser
The band are half way through their sold-out European run of dates with an upcoming world tour taking them across the USA and on to Japan, South Korea and Thailand.
