Radiohead fans might have to wait a little while longer to hear the band’s next album after they hinted that they might not finish it.

“We’ve been working on material on and off for a year now,” drummer Phil Selway told The Canadian Press. “We’re basically taking stock on Monday and seeing what we need to do with the material to move it to those final stages.

“We might get back together on Monday and after discussing stuff we might just throw this all out and say maybe we need to go back to the drawing board. Who knows, as I say, it’s all up in the air at the moment.”

Recently bassist Colin Greenwood said the band had completed a bunch of new songs, raising hopes for a short wait. He also said they were unsure about how to release the record after their “pay what you feel” experiment for their 2007 album ‘In Rainbows’.
