Rihanna reportedly thinks Chris Brown is "self-destructive".
The 24-year-old rapper was arrested for felony assault yesterday after attacking a man in Washington D.C.
Chris is still on probation for assaulting Rihanna in 2009 and the Bajan singer is apparently relieved she isn't part of the situation this time round.
"Once again she's relieved she's not involved. She's given up on all that drama and is so happy she's not part of the foolishness," a source website told HollywoodLife.com. "She doesn't want to see him without his freedom. She hates to see people who are self-destructive but it looks like that is the case."
Chris is due to appear in court later today and is currently being held in custody. TMZ reports he broke a man's nose when he lost his temper and punched him in the face following an appearance at a nearby nightclub earlier that evening.
This incident could be deemed as violation of his probation and may see him sent to jail.
It seems like Rihanna isn't the only former flame of Chris' who was left aggravated by the event.
Model Karrueche Tran took to her Twitter account yesterday to write a post which appeared to be aimed at her ex-boyfriend.
"I hate waking up to bad news (sic)" she complained.
"what is wrong with some of y'all? Did y'all parents not love y'all enough? Y'all gotta quit w this negative sh*t 24 f**king 7. (sic)" she added in frustration.
Karrueche and Chris are believed who have split up permanently earlier this month. They had recently reunited after Chris returned to Rihanna in October 2012.
