A$AP Rocky has reportedly sent Rihanna "flowers" and "love letters".
The rapper and the Stay hitmaker have grown close after he supported her on part of her Diamonds World Tour earlier this year.
A$AP can't seem to get enough of the Barbadian singer and the pair have been spotted out together at various events, such as an after-party for Alexander Wang's New York Fashion Week show at the Pier 17 nightspot.
"He does seem to really care about her. He's sent her flowers, writes her love letters - he's incredibly charming," an insider revealed to Look magazine. "It's sweet - we just don't want to see it go wrong."
While the musician seems to be doting on Rihanna, reports suggest he isn't as pleasant as he seems.
Shortly before the raven-haired beauty was spotted leaving his hotel room earlier this month, A$AP was charged over allegedly assaulting a female fan at one of his concerts. He was also caught on camera two months earlier, in an incident where it seemed like he was slapping a female.
It is thought his bad side is what attracts Rihanna to him. This isn't the first time the 25-year-old singer has been involved with a violent star after previously dating Chris Brown, who was arrested for assaulting her in 2009.
"It seems like that's almost what attracted her to him in the first place," a concerned friend admitted. "Of course, Rihanna has always said that she likes a strong man, but we were really hoping she'd learned her lesson by now."
