Sharon Osbourne apparently isn't prepared to reconcile with Ozzy until he's completely sober.
The rocker has struggled with substance abuse in the past and admitted earlier this week he has faced a fresh battle with drug and alcohol addiction for around 18 months.
Whereas he claims to have been clean for over a month now, Sharon has jetted to Mexico without him and rumours their relationship has been affected are rife.
The couple deny a divorce is on the cards, but now TMZ reports Sharon won't return to her singer husband until he's turned his life around.
"Even though Ozzy says he's been sober for 44 days... it's not enough for her," the website claims.
"She's been living with this most recent bout of drug and alcohol abuse for a year-and-a-half, and Sharon is saying 44 days doesn't make that go away."
Sharon was spotted relaxing at the Esperanza Resort in Cabo, San Lucas, over the weekend.
TMZ continues that while she isn't planning to end the marriage, she wants Ozzy to know he must kick his bad habits for good.
"They've been through hell and back together. They're not breaking up," a source confirmed.
In an emotional testimonial on his Facebook page, Ozzy opened up about his struggle with drugs and alcohol.
He admitted his actions had affected those around him.
“For the last year and a half I have been drinking and taking drugs,” he wrote on the social networking site.
“I was in a very dark place and was an a**e to the people I love most, my family... I would like to apologise to Sharon, my family, my friends and my band mates for my insane behaviour during this period… and my fans."
