The documentary The Beatles: The Lost Concert, which was reported to have the group's entire first performance on U.S. soil, has been postponed due to pending issues.

Set for showings on May 17 and 22, the film has been tentatively moved to late summer.

Screenvision, who is distributing the film, has said that the postponement "is the result of last-minute issues which are being resolved by the documentary’s producers."

“It’s regrettable that these issues have caused the cancellation of our planned limited engagement," adds Darryl Schaffer, EVP of Exhibitor Relations, Screenvision. "We are looking forward to their resolution so we can bring The Beatles: The Lost Concert to even more Beatles fans and theaters in the U.S."

Ticket refunds are available through Fandango, MovieTickets.com or your local theater.
