Voice in a Million are hunting for a young unknown Diva to perform the song 'And I am Telling You' live in front of thousands at Wembley Arena on 25th Feb, supported by a choir of 5,000 children.

Last minute changes in the line-up of this huge prestigious performance has meant there is a place to fill, performing the massive song from the Broadway hit musical 'The Dreamgirls' , 'And I am telling you', originally performed by Jennifer Hudson.

To date, the producers have listened to over 1,200 young voices, trying out for this part. One was selected but had to drop out due to prior commitments.

This has left the show's Creative Director, Jo Garofalo, hunting for a confident female singer with bags of enthusiasm and up for a challenge to take this lead vocal part.

Jo said 'We need a Mezzo/soprano gospel style singer with a strong, emotive and rich chest voice that remains impressive at higher frequencies; and with the ability to cross the break! ..And that's not going to be easy to find.especially as she needs to be under 14; and the show is in less than three weeks' time'. Any young girl aged between 7 and 14 wishing to be considered, can either post a video on Youtube; and send a link to jo.garofalo@voiceinamillion.com, or email me a video file.

The performance is at Wembley Arena on the 25th February.
