Well, it is in very much in the tradition of the unofficial swaying terrace friendly anthems that have come in the wake of England’s qualification for completions in recent years. If you’re familiar with the Lightning Seeds's and Fat Les’s of the recent past, then you’ll have a good idea of where this is coming from. It’s a jolly, rolling song though maybe a touch of overkill with the I’m-England-‘til-I-Die refrain at the end. The extra time version is punked up, pacier and much more fun.
